TICKETS

What type of tickets are available?
There are various ticket types to accommodate every festival goer. 2 Day General Admission, 1-Day General Admission, VIP, Platinum, and Titanium.

Do I need to print my tickets?
OMF will be utilizing wristbands this year. Your wristband will grant you entry to both days of the festival. If you need to transfer your wristband, upgrade tickets, or have any questions about tickets that have already been purchased, please contact Front Gate Tickets via support.frontgatetickets.com or 888.512.SHOW (7469).

Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable. The festival happens rain or shine. Your ONE Musicfest wristband is for entry to the festival, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.

You will always have the option to transfer your wristband to another fan through Lyte and if your ticket type is sold out you may have the option to return it to Lyte. For more information please see the Lyte Ticket Exchange.

ONE Musicfest reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. If denied entry, a refund will be provided for tickets purchased in advance.

Are there special tickets for kids?
All attendees over the age of 5 require a wristband for admission. We discourage you from bringing children. Babies in tow do not require a ticket. Strollers are allowed.

May I purchase tickets at the festival?
In the likely event tickets are still available, yes! But know that we sell out fast and we don’t encourage you waiting that late to purchase your tickets. There will be an on-site box office for last minute purchases. Will call location and hours will be available in the weeks before the festival. If you need to transfer wristbands, upgrade tickets, or have any questions about tickets that have already been purchased, please contact Front Gate Tickets via support.frontgatetickets.com or call 888.512.SHOW (7469).

Once I leave the festival, may I re-enter?
There is no re-entry during the festival. Come ready to party all day. Pace yourself. We’ve got 11 hours of non-stop music over a massive space for 2 whole days. There are areas to lay out and rest between music sets. Get your rest! You’re gonna need it!

What is the Lyte ticket exchange?
The Lyte ticket exchange is the official ticket exchange for ONE Musicfest. Lyte matches sellers and buyers with no hidden fees or fake tickets. The exchange allows you to safely request, return, or sell tickets all in one place. Learn more about Lyte here.

ONE Musicfest reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. If denied entry, a refund will be provided for tickets purchased in advance.

What happens if I need to return my ticket?
You can return tickets that are sold out by visiting the official ticket exchange. Lyte will make you a fair market offer based on the current demand for your tickets. Lyte’s mission is to ensure the next fan in line gets to go at a fair and marketable price. You will be paid within 1 business day after the event.

How do I request a ticket that is sold out?
Request the ticket you’re looking for on the official ticket exchange and lock in the price with a credit card. Once Lyte gets a ticket you requested from another fan, you will be charged exactly what Lyte quoted you. No hidden fees. View or cancel your request at any time before it is filled. Tickets will be delivered to you by the official ticketing platform.

What is a Private Exchange?
Use the Private Exchange option on the official ticket exchange to sell or transfer your ticket directly to a friend or another fan. Private Exchange ensures authenticity for buyers and provides security for ticket holders. You can use Private Exchange for any ticket type, sold out or not.

What is the difference between Lyte’s Exchange and the secondary market sites I’m used to?
Unlike traditional secondary market sites, Lyte has been granted a direct integration with select primary ticketing companies, ensuring a seamless and safe/secure transaction that is designed to protect the integrity of your ticket as a buyer or seller.

How does the exchange issue tickets?
When your request is filled, you get a new ticket delivered to you by Front Gate Tickets. All tickets purchased from the exchange are newly issued and backed by us so you don’t have to worry about any issues at the gate.

When will I know if I can get tickets?
Wait time depends on availability. Hang in there! Lyte has been able to fill up to 98% of requests for other big events. Ticket returns pick up the most in the last month. That’s when the line really starts moving.

Why can’t I return my ticket before the ticket type is sold out?
If there is no waitlist for tickets, there are no other fans to buy them. You can sign up and we will notify you once your ticket type has sold out. You can also use our Private Exchange option to try and sell the tickets yourself.

What if I have additional questions or issues with Lyte?
Lyte’s customer support is standing by for you. Contact them here and they will get right back to you.

    Is the festival ADA accessible?
ONE Musicfest is an accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the event amenities. The following explains the services provided this year. Please read this informational guide thoroughly before sending an inquiry email.

For any accessibility-related questions not answered in the guide, please email us at accessibility@onemusicfest.com. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons with disabilities. We will do our best to assist you and address your accessibility needs.

    Wheelchair Accessibility
The venue is navigable for patrons with mobility disabilities. The Festival is held on primarily natural grass terrain, with limited pavement pathways. Be advised if it should rain, there could be mud. There are accessible routes connected throughout the venue including entrances, stages, ADA viewing areas, vendors, and all other activity areas.

The Festival does not offer individual assistance, push services, or the rental/loan of wheelchairs. Only individuals with mobility disabilities are permitted to use wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters. Approval for other power-driven mobility devices will depend on a case-by-case assessment due to safety considerations. Charging for powered wheelchairs is possible at the Accessibility Services Hub. Patrons must bring the necessary cords and accessories, and chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit.

    ADA Parking
Festival parking is not available for this event. Street parking is available around the venue, as well as a paid parking deck located at: 1320 Monroe Drive, Atlanta, GA 30306 - please note that this is a cashless parking deck.

Rideshare + ADA Loading & Unloading Zone
There will be an ADA loading and unloading area, as well as an area to be dropped off for rideshare, on Piedmont Ave NE from 11th St Ne - 13th St Ne.

    Public Transportation
Two Marta stations are nearby: Midtown and Arts Center.

Upon exiting the Midtown Station, head east (go right) on 10th Street NE for .5 miles until you reach the 10th St Entrance, located on your left hand side.

Exit the Arts Center Station heading east (go left) on 15th St NE for one block. Head south (go right) on Peachtree St NE until you reach 12th ST NE, where you’ll head east (go left). The 12th St Entrance will be 2 blocks down.

    Accessibility Services Hub
Please Note: You must stop here to get your ADA Wristband. This wristband is free of charge and will grant you access to the accessibility services required on account of a disability or injury. There is no ADA pre-registration before the event - this is all done onsite at the event.

The Accessibility Services Hub is conveniently located inside the venue, just west of the medical tent and south of main merch, near the Charles Allen Gate restroom. At this location, you can:

    • Request accommodations and services you require.
    • Get your ADA questions answered.
    • Get your ADA Wristband.

    Wristband Policies
    • ADA Wristbands are good for the entire duration of the event.
    • DO NOT remove your wristband at any point during the event.
    • Patrons may request a wristband for one (1) companion if needed (exceptions will be made for families with young children).
    • If a disabled guest wants to switch their companion, please bring the old companion wristband to the Accessibility Services Hub to be reissued.

    Accessible Viewing Areas
There will be accessible viewing areas made available to ADA patrons at designated stages. For more information on how to gain access to these areas, please visit us at the Accessibility Services Hub.

    Accessible Viewing Area Policies:
    • Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
    • Companions may be asked to stand in the back if the viewing area reaches capacity.
    • Guests may not save spots.
    • Blocking the view of the guests sitting behind you is not permitted.
    • Standing is permitted only in the very back row.
    • Patrons and companions may not smoke in these areas.

    Service Animals
Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. However, emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals, and pets are not permitted into the event. Any animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue. Only service animals that have been individually trained and are under the proper care of their owners will be allowed within the premises.

The following guidelines must be followed:
    • All service animals must be verified by the ADA Coordinator or Manager before entering the event venue.
    • Once verified, service animal handlers are required to fill out a Service Animal Agreement before proceeding into the event grounds. Once signed, service animals will receive a service animal wristband or tag to indicate verification.
    • Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or if the handler’s disability prevents the use of these devices, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
    • Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
    • All service animals should have legally required vaccinations. The ADA Coordinator or Manager may ask for proof of vaccination during the verification process.

We ask that you do not leave your animal in your car while you're attending the event, as vehicles without active air conditioning may become too hot and unsafe for any animal.
