What type of tickets are available?
There are various ticket types to accommodate every festival goer. 2 Day General Admission, 1-Day General Admission, VIP, Platinum, and Titanium.
Do I need to print my tickets?
OMF will be utilizing wristbands this year. Your wristband will grant you entry to both days of the festival. If you need to transfer your wristband, upgrade tickets, or have any questions about tickets that have already been purchased, please contact Front Gate Tickets via support.frontgatetickets.com or 888.512.SHOW (7469).
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable. The festival happens rain or shine. Your ONE Musicfest wristband is for entry to the festival, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.
You will always have the option to transfer your wristband to another fan through Lyte and if your ticket type is sold out you may have the option to return it to Lyte. For more information please see the Lyte Ticket Exchange.
ONE Musicfest reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. If denied entry, a refund will be provided for tickets purchased in advance.
Are there special tickets for kids?
All attendees over the age of 5 require a wristband for admission. We discourage you from bringing children. Babies in tow do not require a ticket. Strollers are allowed.
May I purchase tickets at the festival?
In the likely event tickets are still available, yes! But know that we sell out fast and we don’t encourage you waiting that late to purchase your tickets. There will be an on-site box office for last minute purchases. Will call location and hours will be available in the weeks before the festival. If you need to transfer wristbands, upgrade tickets, or have any questions about tickets that have already been purchased, please contact Front Gate Tickets via support.frontgatetickets.com or call 888.512.SHOW (7469).
Once I leave the festival, may I re-enter?
There is no re-entry during the festival. Come ready to party all day. Pace yourself. We’ve got 11 hours of non-stop music over a massive space for 2 whole days. There are areas to lay out and rest between music sets. Get your rest! You’re gonna need it!
What is the Lyte ticket exchange?
The Lyte ticket exchange is the official ticket exchange for ONE Musicfest. Lyte matches sellers and buyers with no hidden fees or fake tickets. The exchange allows you to safely request, return, or sell tickets all in one place. Learn more about Lyte here.
ONE Musicfest reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. If denied entry, a refund will be provided for tickets purchased in advance.
What happens if I need to return my ticket?
You can return tickets that are sold out by visiting the official ticket exchange. Lyte will make you a fair market offer based on the current demand for your tickets. Lyte’s mission is to ensure the next fan in line gets to go at a fair and marketable price. You will be paid within 1 business day after the event.
How do I request a ticket that is sold out?
Request the ticket you’re looking for on the official ticket exchange and lock in the price with a credit card. Once Lyte gets a ticket you requested from another fan, you will be charged exactly what Lyte quoted you. No hidden fees. View or cancel your request at any time before it is filled. Tickets will be delivered to you by the official ticketing platform.
What is a Private Exchange?
Use the Private Exchange option on the official ticket exchange to sell or transfer your ticket directly to a friend or another fan. Private Exchange ensures authenticity for buyers and provides security for ticket holders. You can use Private Exchange for any ticket type, sold out or not.
What is the difference between Lyte’s Exchange and the secondary market sites I’m used to?
Unlike traditional secondary market sites, Lyte has been granted a direct integration with select primary ticketing companies, ensuring a seamless and safe/secure transaction that is designed to protect the integrity of your ticket as a buyer or seller.
How does the exchange issue tickets?
When your request is filled, you get a new ticket delivered to you by Front Gate Tickets. All tickets purchased from the exchange are newly issued and backed by us so you don’t have to worry about any issues at the gate.
When will I know if I can get tickets?
Wait time depends on availability. Hang in there! Lyte has been able to fill up to 98% of requests for other big events. Ticket returns pick up the most in the last month. That’s when the line really starts moving.
Why can’t I return my ticket before the ticket type is sold out?
If there is no waitlist for tickets, there are no other fans to buy them. You can sign up and we will notify you once your ticket type has sold out. You can also use our Private Exchange option to try and sell the tickets yourself.
What if I have additional questions or issues with Lyte?
Lyte’s customer support is standing by for you. Contact them here and they will get right back to you.
What is the OMF bag policy?
NOTE: All attendees will be subjected to a magnetometer wanding, physical pat down, and bag search.
