ONE Musicfest takes place at Central Park in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. Entry gates are located at the Atlanta Civic Center 395 Piedmont Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308.
Do NOT put Central Park in your GPS for directions. It will take you to the WRONG side of the park. Entry for the festival is ONLY available at the Atlanta Civic Center address at 395 Piedmont Avenue.
The ONE Musicfest festival footprint is completely outdoors. TOTALLY OUTDOORS. Platinum, and VIP ticket holders will enjoy tented areas that provide some shade. Still – No walls. Grass. Cement. Sun. Wind. Out of doors. Outside. In the elements. Basking in Mother Nature. Plan accordingly.

Get there early both days! We’ve got some great acts opening up the stages and lots of contests and free giveaways happening at the kickoff. Don’t be fashionably late.
RAIN POLICY
The festival happens rain or shine. Umbrellas are not allowed, however, hats and ponchos are.
FOOD & DRINK
ONE Musicfest hosts dozens of Atlanta’s most popular local food vendors on site dishing out delicious food and dessert. There are vegan and vegetarian options as well as the usual festival fare. Beverages, including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks will be served at bars throughout the festival grounds and in the Platinum & VIP areas. No outside food or drink is allowed.
CASHLESS!
Concessions and (most) vendors are cashless. Registering your RFID wristband for cashless payments is strongly suggested! Debit, Credit & Mobile Payments are widely accepted.
KIDS
All attendees over the age of 5 require a ticket for admission. We discourage you from bringing small children. Babies in tow do not require a ticket. Strollers are allowed.
TICKET QUESTIONS/ ISSUES
An OMF RFID wristband is required for entry. All purchasers either a) received a wristband by mail; or b) should present your valid ID at the OMF Box Office to receive the wristband for your purchase.
BOX OFFICE
There will be an on-site box office for last minute ticket purchases and trouble-shooting. The ONE Musicfest Box Office is open for wristband pick-up at 395 Piedmont Avenue (Atlanta Civic Center). The following are the box office hours:

Saturday – 10/26: 11am – 11pm
Sunday – 10/27: 11am – 10pm
REFUND POLICY
All tickets are non-refundable. The festival happens rain or shine. Your ONE Musicfest ticket is for entry to the festival, not for a specific artist, performance time, or festival location. Artists and schedule are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
There is no re-entry during the festival. Come ready to party all day. Pace yourself. We’ve got 11 hours of non-stop music over a massive space for 2 whole days. There are areas to lay out and rest between music sets. Get your rest, kiddos. You’re gonna need it.
LOCKERS

What type of tickets are available?
There are various ticket types to accommodate every festival goer. 2-Day General Admission, 1-Day General Admission, General Admission PLUS, VIP, Platinum, and Titanium.
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable. The festival happens rain or shine. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.
ONE Musicfest reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. If denied entry, a refund will be provided for tickets purchased in advance.
Are there special tickets for kids?

May I purchase tickets at the festival?
In the likely event tickets are still available, yes! But know that we sell out fast and we don’t encourage you waiting that late to purchase your tickets. There will be an on-site box office for last minute purchases. Will call location and hours will be available in the weeks before the festival.
I received my ONE Musicfest Wristband. Now What?
IF YOU DON’T READ ANYTHING ELSE, READ THIS:
DO NOT put on or tighten your wristband until you’re ready to attend the festival. Wristbands cannot be loosened or removed without damaging. If you need a replacement, there will be a $50 wristband replacement fee at the OMF Box Office located outside the entrance of the festival. Wristband replacement cannot be done in advance.
ONE Musicfest is an all CASHLESS event.

How To Register Your Wristband
To register your ONE Musicfest wristband, tap it on your NFC-enabled device. You will then receive a prompt notification to open the Billfold Wallet App. This is a web-based app so no download is necessary. You will use the Billfold Wallet App to register your profile and link you wristband to your payment card.
Alternatively, you can click on the following OMF Wristband Registration link to the Billfold Wallet App and enter the printed UID located on the back of the RFID tag. You will then follow the same steps as above.
All orders placed before October 16 will receive wristband delivery by mail. All orders placed after October 16 will be available at the festival’s Early Will-Call or day-of-show Box Office.

ADA Accessibility
ONE Musicfest is ADA Accessible and both stages have ADA accessible viewing platforms. To access the ADA viewing areas, you and your 1 companion (only 1 companion is allowed) MUST request ADA wristbands at the Accessibility Services booth.

Getting There
ONE Musicfest 2024 takes place at Central Park, Renaissance Park & The Civic Center parking lot. Entry gates for all attendees are located at 395 Piedmont Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308.

side of the park. Entry for the festival is ONLY available at the Piedmont address.
FESTIVAL PARKING/RIDE SHARE
For rideshare drop off/pick up, please use the address 395 Piedmont Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308. Parking in the area is VERY limited. Expect premium rates of $30 – $40 at lots in the area. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is encouraged.
MARTA
To get to Central Park, you can use the Civic Center Station stop. Central Park is an approximately 13-minute walk from the station. Start on West Peachtree Street Northwest heading North. Make a right onto Pine Street Northeast. Then take a right on Piedmont Avenue Northeast. The entry gates are located at 395 Piedmont Avenue Northeast Atlanta, GA 30308.
If you are coming from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, MARTA has a rail station located at the north end of the airport, near baggage claim. This service offers the quickest and least expensive way to get to and from the airport to downtown Atlanta.
