THE PRINCESS OF HARLEM, TEYANA TAYLOR, WILL BE TAKING OVER ONE MUSICFEST

The Princess of Harlem, Miss Teyana Taylor is bringing her sexy, soulful vibes to this years’ ONE Musicfest.
Teyana Taylor has built a notable name for herself since her introduction to the music industry in the early 2000s. She has been blessing us with her bold and sultry sound, individuality and creative style ever since. Drawing inspiration from R&B legends Luther Vandross, Lauryn Hill, and Janet Jackson (just to name a few), Ms. Taylor has an unmatched sound not to be ignored.
She released her debut VII back in 2014 and entered the mainstream with the guidance of Kanye West and his G.O.O.D Music label. The album successfully landed a spot on Billboard Top 200. She followed up with her EP, The Cassette Tape 1994 and showcased her intricate choreography skills and notable sex appeal in Kanye’s video “Fade” in 2017. Her most recent short but notable album co-produced by Mr. West himself, K.T.S.E. (Keep That Same Energy) debuted last summer. The project reflects her overall persona; vulnerable, honest, seductive, creative and original.
The multitalented singer, actress, songwriter, producer, director, mother and wife has yet to take a break from being at the top of her game. Giving herself the nickname Teyana “Spike Lee” Taylor, she has directed a handful of her own music videos. Working with A$AP Rocky to recreate a ‘70s inspired love story, Taylor dropped the music video for her single “Issues/Hold On” from her latest album. Putting a spin on the Cinderella story centered around the New York Ball scene, she directed and starred in her iconic video “WTP.” Her creativity and individuality has never allowed her to stick with the status quo.
