Q: What is ONE Musicfest?
A: ONE Musicfest is an 11 hour orgy of live music, dj crews, food trucks, beer tents, dope vendors, live art, beautiful people, festival fashionistas, good music snobs, liquor pouring, sun bathing, non-stop dancing, I just mighta fell in love with Atlanta again, music festival. Long story short: It’s a good time.

Q: What type of Music will I hear?
A: There will be two Live Music Stages and a DJ stage with rotating, nationally acclaimed DJ crews. You will hear, Hip Hop, EDM, Reggae, Funk, Trap, House, Classics, Alternative Rock and Soul. You’ll hear stuff you’ve never heard before. You’ll hear stuff you used to love. You’ll hear the stuff you can’t stop singing.

Q: Who is performing?
A: Ummm. We have an artist lineup page, son. Don’t make us repeat all that here.

Q: Is this an Outdoor event?
A: Yes. It’s a completely outdoor event. TOTALLY OUTDOORS. VIP Ticketholders get access to the indoor VIP Lounge. PIT, VIP and some RESERVED seating ticket holders will be under a covered awning. Still – No walls. Partial roof. Grass. Gravel. Sun. Out of doors. Outside. Plan accordingly.

Q: What time do the doors open?
A: 12 Noon. Get there early! We’ve got some great acts opening up the stages and lots of contests and giveaways happening at the kickoff. Don’t be fashionably late.

Q: Why are tickets limited?
A: Lakewood Amphitheatre has limited Reserved Seating. They will SELL OUT. Get your tickets ASAP. As ticket supplies dwindle, ticket prices rise. Think of it like airline tickets. The longer you wait, the more it will be.

Q: What can I bring?
A: You can bring:
-Personal Cameras
-Blankets or beach towels
-Valid Driver’s License for will-call and/or alcohol
-Cash, Credit, Debit & ATM cards
-Dancing/comfortable shoes
-A good attitude
-Your homies

Q: What can't I bring?
A: You cannot bring:
-Weapons of ANY kind
-Illegal Substances
-Selfie Sticks
-iPads or Tablets Allowed
-GoPros, video or audio recorders allowed
-Food or Drinks
-Picnic Baskets
-Lawn Chairs (there are lawn chairs available to rent at the venue for $5)
-Glass containers of any kind
-Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the Festival)
-Chains/Chain Wallets
-Large backpacks
-Laser pointers
-Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
-Audio/video recording equipment
-No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The festival happens rain or shine. We’re expecting hot weather so please dress for the heat. There will be some shaded areas and cooling stations. Umbrellas are not allowed.

Q: Will there be food?
A: Hell yeah!! Lakewood Amphitheatre has multiple concession stands located throughout the venue. In addition, we’ll have over 20 of Atlanta’s most popular local food trucks on site dishing out delicious food and dessert. Beverages, including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks will be served on the festival grounds and in the VIP areas.

Q: Can I leave during the day and come back?
A: There is no re-entry during the festival. Come ready to party all day. Pace yourself. Your reserved seating ticket gets you a place to relax in comfort. Pit tickets get you access to the Lawn area to take a load off. We’ve got 11 hours of non-stop music over a massive space. Get your rest the night before. You’re gonna need it.

Q: What if I need medical attention?
A: For those requiring medical assistance, there will be a clearly marked medical tent available on site. Anyone bringing medication or a syringe for medical purposes will need to show your medication, prescription and a photo ID.

Q: How can I get cash on site?
A: There will be a number of ATMs onsite.

Q: How do I get there?
A: By Automobile: Take I-75/85 to the Langford Freeway East Exit. Follow signs to the Amphitheatre.

Q: Where can I park?
A: VIP Premier Parking (up close to entrance) is available to purchase for most shows. Please check the online listings. Upgrade to VIP parking available at the Pryor Rd. entrance for most shows.
General Parking is available for all shows and is included in the ticket price for most shows.
There are approximately 6,000 parking spaces available. Parking lot opening times do vary. Typically lots open two hours prior to the show time. Please check with the venue regarding any questions.
Please remove your valuables from plain site, close windows, and lock doors before proceeding to the venue. Lakewood Amphitheatre is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Q: How can I pick up my tickets at Will Call?
A: Lakewood Amphitheatre is very unique. We have TWO (2) box offices at our venue, the “Lakewood” box office and “Pryor” box office. You may pick up your Ticketmaster will call from either location. VIP Will Call GPS address: 1941 Pryor Rd. Atlanta, GA 30315
All other will call must be picked up from the LAKEWOOD box office. The LAKEWOOD box office is located on the east side of the venue off of Lakewood Avenue. This is the gravel parking lot. Reserved Seating and General Admission Will Call GPS address: 2002 Lakewood Ave. Atlanta, GA 30315
The box office opens 90 minutes prior to showtime.
PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS, AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER Tickets that need to be reprinted will incur a $5.00 fee per ticket. To avoid this charge contact Ticketmaster at 800-653-8000 and report them as lost.

Q: Is there Accessible Seating?
A: This venue is accessible. There is accessible seating in the reserved seated sections located in the front of sections 201, 206, and 207. There is lawn accessible seating with a ramp and landing space for wheelchairs.

Q: How can I get cash on site?
A: There will be a number of ATMs onsite.

Q: Can I bring my kids?
A: Children are Welcome. Please keep in mind, however, that this is an adult concert and some musical acts may use adult language. Everyone over 2 MUST have a ticket.

Q: What are the perks of Premium Seating?
A: Premium Seating offers VIP box suites in the best locations and reserved seating as close as the fourth row. The perks of premium seating include in-seat wait service (for Box Suites only), premium parking access, VIP entrance, and you also get access to the venue’s VIP Club.
