Q: How do I buy Friday tickets?
To purchase Friday tickets for the ONE Musicfest Kickoff Party at the Tabernacle Atlanta, you must FIRST add Saturday tickets to your shopping cart on the Ticketmaster website. You will be prompted to purchase Friday as an ADD ON to the Saturday ticket. You cannot purchase a Friday ticket without purchasing a Saturday ticket.

Q: Can I buy a Friday ticket by itself?
Nah, son. Friday’s ONE Musicfest Kickoff is for the real OMF heads who really ROCK with us! Get your Saturday ticket and add on your Friday ticket!

Q: What is ONE Musicfest?
A: ONE Musicfest is a non stop orgy of live music, dj crews, food trucks, beer tents, dope vendors, live art, beautiful people, festival fashionistas, good music snobs, liquor pouring, sun bathing, non-stop dancing, I just mighta fell in love with Atlanta again, music festival. Long story short: It’s a good time.
This year, ONE Musicfest will host 2 days of fun! Join us for the ONE Musicfest KickOff Party on Friday, September 8th at the Tabernacle, and at ONE Musicfest on Saturday, September 9th at Lakewood Amphitheatre. Whatever nonsense was on your calendar, go on ahead and delete it. You don’t want to miss what we have in store!

Q: What type of Music will I hear?
A: There will be two Live Music Stages and a DJ stage with rotating, nationally acclaimed DJ crews. You will hear, Hip Hop, EDM, Reggae, Funk, Trap, House, Classics, Alternative Rock and Soul. You’ll hear stuff you’ve never heard before. You’ll hear stuff you used to love. You’ll hear the stuff you can’t stop singing.

A: Ummm. We have an artist lineup page, son. Don’t make us repeat all that here.

Q: Is this an Outdoor event?
A: The ONE Musicfest KickOff Party on Friday is an indoor event. ONE Musicfest on Saturday is a completely outdoor event (unless you get VIP tickets and then you get to chill in the indoor, air-conditioned VIP lounge). TOTALLY OUTDOORS. PIT, VIP and some RESERVED seating ticket holders will be under a covered awning. Still – No walls. Partial roof. Window. Grass. Gravel. Sun. Out of doors. Outside. In the elements Plan accordingly.

Q: What time do the doors open?
A: On Friday, September 8th, the Tabernacle Doors open at 7PM. On Saturday, September 9th, Lakewood Amphitheatre gates open at 12 Noon. Get there early! We’ve got some great acts opening up the stages and lots of contests and giveaways happening at the kickoff. Don’t be fashionably late.

Q: Why are tickets limited?
A: Lakewood Amphitheatre has limited Reserved Seating. They will SELL OUT. Get your tickets ASAP. As ticket supplies dwindle, ticket prices rise. Think of it like airline tickets. The longer you wait, the more it will be.

Q: What can I bring?
A: You can bring:
-Personal Cameras
-Blankets or beach towels
-Valid Driver’s License for will-call and/or alcohol
-Cash, Credit, Debit & ATM cards
-Dancing/comfortable shoes
-A good attitude
-Your homies

Q: What can't I bring?
A: You cannot bring:
-Weapons of ANY kind
-Illegal Substances
-Selfie Sticks
-iPads or Tablets Allowed
-GoPros, video or audio recorders allowed
-Food or Drinks
-Picnic Baskets
-Lawn Chairs (there are lawn chairs available to rent at the venue for $5)
-Glass containers of any kind
-Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the Festival)
-Chains/Chain Wallets
-Large backpacks
-Laser pointers
-Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
-Audio/video recording equipment
-No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The festival happens rain or shine. We’re expecting hot weather so please dress for the heat. There will be some shaded areas and cooling stations. Umbrellas are not allowed.

Q: Will there be food?
A: Hell yeah!! Tabernacle and Lakewood Amphitheatre have multiple concession stands located throughout the venue. In addition, at ONE Musicfest on Saturday we’ll have over 20 of Atlanta’s most popular local food trucks on site dishing out delicious food and dessert. Beverages, including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks will be served on the festival grounds and in the VIP areas.

Q: Can I leave during the day and come back?
A: There is no re-entry during the festival. Come ready to party all day. Pace yourself. Your reserved seating ticket gets you a place to relax in comfort. Pit tickets get you access to the Lawn area to take a load off. We’ve got 11 hours of non-stop music over a massive space. Get your rest the night before. You’re gonna need it.

Q: What if I need medical attention?
A: For those requiring medical assistance, there will be a clearly marked medical tent available on site. Anyone bringing medication or a syringe for medical purposes will need to show your medication, prescription and a photo ID.

Q: Where can I park?
A: On Friday, The Tabernacle has a paid parking lot next to the venue. There is also street parking and additional 3rd party lots in the area.
At ONE Musicfest on Saturday, VIP Premier Parking (up close to entrance) is available to purchase for most shows. Please check the online listings. Upgrade to VIP parking available at the Pryor Rd. entrance for most shows.
General Parking is available for all shows and is included in the ticket price for most shows.
There are approximately 6,000 parking spaces available. Parking lot opening times do vary. Typically lots open two hours prior to the show time. Please check with the venue regarding any questions.
Please remove your valuables from plain site, close windows, and lock doors before proceeding to the venue. Lakewood Amphitheatre is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Q: How can I pick up my tickets at Will Call?
The Tabernacle box office is located at the front of the building.
Lakewood Amphitheatre is very unique. We have TWO (2) box offices at our venue, the “Lakewood” box office and “Pryor” box office. You may pick up your Ticketmaster will call from either location. VIP Will Call GPS address: 1941 Pryor Rd. Atlanta, GA 30315
All other will call must be picked up from the LAKEWOOD box office. The LAKEWOOD box office is located on the east side of the venue off of Lakewood Avenue. This is the gravel parking lot. Reserved Seating and General Admission Will Call GPS address: 2002 Lakewood Ave. Atlanta, GA 30315. The box office opens 90 minutes prior to showtime.
PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS, AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER Tickets that need to be reprinted will incur a $5.00 fee per ticket. To avoid this charge contact Ticketmaster at 800-653-8000 and report them as lost.

Q: Is there Accessible Seating?
A: Both venues are wheel chair accessible. There is accessible seating at The Tabernacle is on the 1st floor. At Lakewood it is located in the reserved seated sections in the front of sections 201, 206, and 207. There is lawn accessible seating with a ramp and landing space for wheelchairs.

Q: How can I get cash on site?
A: There will be a number of ATMs onsite.

Q: Can I bring my kids?
A: Children are Welcome. Please keep in mind, however, that this is an adult concert and some musical acts may use adult language. Everyone over 2 MUST have a ticket.

Q: What are the perks of Premium Seating?
A: Premium Seating offers VIP box suites in the best locations and reserved seating as close as the fourth row. The perks of premium seating include in-seat wait service (for Box Suites only), premium parking access, VIP entrance, and you also get access to the venue’s VIP Club.
